J.A.R. is making so many leaps in logic to try and defend this. It doesn't matter whether or not Synnibear is technically a p-dop-ile. It does not matter whether or not Synnibear is technically a groomer. What matters is what she specifically did. Someone can hurt you without meaning to, but the lack of intention doesn't nullify the pain itself. e.g., killing by accident will likely get you a different charge than killing with intent, but you're still getting charged with murder. Even if Synnibear wasn't trying to be a groomer, she still did illegal things, and exposed her victim to things she shouldn't have. Someone worse than Synnibear could've easily exploited this and hurt her victim even more, because Synnibear made a minor comfortable with things they shouldn't have been.
