Emotionally abusive relationships are more damaging than physical abuse (at least that is what they say about the cycle of abuse). I learned that many years ago in therapy, but silly me I thought people would change their ways. Unfortunately I learned at a young age that emotional abuse was normal in the family dynamic. But that is not so. I realized my father needed help and I wished I had never been in a relationship that mirrored my own upbringing and the way he spoke to me. Families never really talked about these things when we were young...even as teenagers. So now as an older adult I realize it is NEVER worth it to stay in a relationship like that or even a friendship no matter how much you love that person. Eventually we learn to love ourselves and if we have to be without the finances we had before, when we really connect to our higher self and God, we know that with that inner guidance will lead us to so much joy, and work that is so fulfilling. I wish you a wonderful life moving towards your best self.

This is absolutely beautiful! How I wish my younger self could've heard this. And even now, I listen to this and think about my current relationships. I look at my sorrow, and I can't help but find love. I know that's weird. But it's almost like it's the reason for my being here as much as the joyful times. There's a deep longing in this world for unity with others. I think it's due to the separation within the self from the Creator. From our hearts. We get so angry with how a partner/ family etc treats us, and yet the power lies within us to decide what we will allow. We have all the power. Loving all without expectation.. definitely describes unconditional love. It's not obvious at first when you begin to love like this. I don't think you notice this is how your loving. It doesn't even occur to ask, am I loving without expectation? You just do. Loving you all!!😊

"The one who believes that by changing the situation he will change his experience is following a false belief." This is an astonishing statement to me, given the work done on this podcast concerning changing of identity - which will absolutely, doubtlessly change one's experience. And to change one's situation is to necessarily change one's identity.... Moreover, I am surprised at the thrust of the overall argument here by Quo - that the suffering experienced with one's mate is integral to the learning you need in this life. This is akin to the Christian concept of offering up your sufferings to God. And just as there are exceptions in Christianity to the commandment not to divorce (such as infidelity), Quo makes potential exceptions here for abuse. I will have to meditate on these Quo statements, but my first impression of this channeling is that they are completely at odds with the nature of the Reality Revolution.

The universe has been reading my journal 🤣😂😅😂🤣😂😅 I'm moving forward in my journey and my 💭🤔 hmmmmm flow has got snagged on an emotion. We all know that feeling's are like sunrise's and sunsets. They come and they go. No two are ever alike although similar. Some make you so happy you never want it to end. Some are so stormy you wish they ended yesterday. Yet none the less you have to feel them. They are yours. You have to own them. Good , bad or indifferent we can't avoid our feelings. That is the challenge because they can either recharge you or they can drain you like an old car battery not properly maintained. Then you just get tired of 💭🤔💭🤔💭🤔 hmmmmm living. You can't let negative feelings interfere with your health. Because it drains your energy that your body needs to heal. Laughing is the best thing a person can do for themselves to lift their energy flow. Even when you don't feel like laughing. I like to listen to the Comedy show videos. Or put on your favorite comedy show. Like Friends or The Big bang theory. Just find something to make you laugh BEFORE going to bed. Anyways, that is my 2 ¢ worth.

Even the poor got married for finical support first. Even today marriage is still transactional. Otherwise you wouldn't have divorce. True love is when you get more pleasure out of giving not getting. I'm not saying that you are not to receive. It is important to receive. Seems like Quo doesn’t address those that learned all they could from that relationship. Many people I know that are divorced clearly weren’t a good fit (not a team) and they out grew the other person. Therefore, wouldn’t they not need to learn those lessons again? A graduation, of sorts.

Maybe bc the questions didn't lead there. Marriage is a human dichotomy. Love is spiritual unity. One can love someone and still separate for the wellness of both individuals. My understanding that we are all one has assisted in having compassion for the narcissist.. recently I heard that the third wave is composed of those who play the part of narcissists to awaken the 1st and 2nd wave. So they are not going to awaken therefore I still keep my no contact bc it would not serve either one. ✨ 🦋
