Q. What Should I Be Doing Now To Prepare For Spring?

Thank you for your content. You're always time appropriate for me. I'll be getting back to work with my show horse next week and will take your advice in preparing her as well as myself for the coming show season! But for the next few days, we're hunkering down expecting -30F temps in Montana!! 😢

@@hayescofell1944 Every year we get a cold snap for about a week, then a false spring (I always think we're all good) and then winter sets in. Girls get extra hay and have good winter coats so we're as prepared as possible! It's the first time in several years I have let them all hair up. I'll cuss myself next month when it takes an hour to dry my show mare out after riding!! LOL 😆 Also am anxious for my first reining bred foal in April... Hollywood Dun It granddaughter crossed with Shine N Spook 🥰
