After the EMBARRASSMENT that was the “summer of love” “CHOP zone” b.s., etc, the 3 Seattle police officer friends I knew ALL QUIT! One retired early, and moved to Phoenix, one moved his family to Boise, and the other Missoula. …SEATTLE is dead due to brain-dead voting habits. (and now they complain crime has run rampant!! 🤷🏼‍♂️😂🤷🏼‍♂️👎🏻😂).

Agreed, but aren’t they directed from city political leaders? Further, when the district attorney office won’t prosecute or just give light sentences, why would a cop put themselves at risk for someone to just be let out?

@@Here4theComments9 I agree, to a point. The ‘tough on crime’ prosecutors in western Washington are anything but. That also needs to change. However when Seattle police officers won’t even do visibility patrols i.e. just be visible enough to deter crime say on third Avenue or in the market and instead have motorcycle officers wait at the express lane exit to Cherry/Columbia to write HOV tickets. Or to have 7 officers doing an emphasis patrol on the 3rd Ave bus lanes while ignoring the open air drug trade at pike/pine on 3rd Ave. Or to have bicycle officers ride on 1st Ave S and not on Utah ave S or on Occidental Ave S there by ignoring the broken down motor homes with the mountain of stolen bicycles. Or to drive by the broken down motor homes with piles of trash that are so big they are spilling into travel lanes. And there is a lot more but I think I’ve made my point.
