so funny to hear qjin say she'd eat the soup with rice bc she said it tastes like curry and in india lentil is known as "daal" and it is SO often eaten with rice, even more than chapati and its a dish all indians joke about having to eat so often bc its easy to make so moms cook it like every alternate day and is considered a good source of protien. there is also a dish called "khichdi" which is traditionally made with rice and daal (lentils) and is given to a patient that is ill bc they can't digest solid foods well so to hear qjin deliberately wanting to eat lentils with rice was hilarious as an Indian 😭😂 you guys would definitely be the most loved kids from indian parents lol

Our neighbor which is our adopted grandma fell down and broke her arm with 87 years old and than she got an pace maker so me and mostly my son (which is 5 years old) stayed with her every day since it happened last week in the hospital its tiring but its such a blessing being able to be at her side
