To make the spice spicier, don't throw away the chili's seeds. And for the martabak, you should spread the batter after you pour it into the pan with ladle. After that, when bubble starts to show, sprinkle some sugar, put on the liquid, let them cook until it's really well. Then, take it from the pan, smear some butter on top of the bubbly side of martabak, cut them into halves and sprinkle chocolate sprinkles/meises and/or grated cheese, or ground peanut. Then, put the half of martabak on top of the other and spread some more butter on top of martabak skin, and last, you should cut the martabak into smaller slices/cuts. There you go. Enjoy the martabak. Anyway, thanks for trying to cook and eat our cuisine. It's great to know that you both like them. 👍👍👍

You know, as a person who always staring the process of make a sweet martabak from the street food seller what so called "abang abang tukang martabak", i wanna give you an advice. I think what essentials from making martabak is spread the butter after you pull out from the pan, springkle the sugar, and put the lid of it for a while, before you put another topping.

The way to make martabak so much more delicious is butter. put the butter on the cooked martabak. then just put chocolate or cheese and sweetened condensed milk. Then after folding the martabak, you can add more butter on both sides. And Indonesian fried rice rarely uses soy sauce, Indonesian fried rice only uses sweet soy sauce. but it's okay the important thing is delicious for you guys 🤤🤤🤤🤤

Recently, mostly Nasi Goreng is my morning meal. My grandmother always cooks a lots of rice for her big family. Every morning whenever there's still leftover rice left, she cooks it into homemade Nasi Goreng. The homemade version is actually more like the simplified recipe from the actual Nasi Goreng recipe. One thing you forget when you make Martabak is "butter". You need a lot of butter befor you put chocolate and cheese. Spread it on the martabak evenly, a lot of butter is better.
