I live in a city in Canada where there is a large Indian (and South Asian) population, so there are Indian restaurants everywhere. It's literally heaven and I feel so lucky to have been exposed to this cuisine and culture over my life. It is my favourite, sometimes I eat it 3x a week lol. So happy you enjoyed!! What about Portuguese or Persian food next?

As a French girl, I would love to see you guys cooking some French cuisine: soupe à l'oignon, cassoulet, ratatouille, quiche lorraine, salade césar, salade niçoise, or desserts like crèmes brulées, tarte tatin, crêpes, madeleines and much more... 🤤 But it's kinda hard and time consuming to make. What we normally do is make a BUNCH of samosas all on one sitting- and then just freeze them! That way you can just pop them out a few at a time and defrost- bake or fry them! Much easier than making the dough and filling every time

I guess chicken tikka and butter chicken is really popular worldwide but just to let u know more abt it....these dishes are from punjabi cuisines( one of the indian cuisine ) and there is ntg called as indian cuisine but indian cuisines (Maharashtrian, Manipuri,bengali, Goan,etc) each wid its own speciality. India is a huge country, having a total of 29 states. Every state has their own unique cuisine though. The snacks you made samosa, although is available throughout India is basically a snack from the state Gujarat. And the main dish Chicken tikka masala where masala means spice in hindi language is a dish from the state Delhi. If you go towards southern India you will find dishes made using lots of coconut and plantain. Also coconut oil is used for cooking in South India. If you go towards north and eastern India you will find cooking done using mustard oil. If you go towards western India you will find groundnut and sunflower oil being used in cooking. Also if you visit north-eastern India consisting of 8 different states you will find cuisines completely different from mainland India and quite similar to that of Chinese, japanese, korean, Myanmar, Nepal. So overall Indian cuisine is vast, naan and chicken tikka masala or butter chicken and samosas are not the only dishes from India as many Europeans generalize. We have french colonies, Persian colonies, Nawabi cuisines, Chinese colonies, Portuguese colonies in India whose cuisines also got mixed up with Indian food habit creating some fusion cuisines. Do try other foods from India as well specially the north-eastern states cuisines.

Try making some Filipino food 🇵🇭! ~For breakfast you can either have pandesal (type of bread) with a chocolate drink called tablea tsokolate OR tsamporado (glutinous sweet rice porridge) with dried herring ~Then for a snack you can buy some plantains and make some banana que (fried caramelised bananas) so good ~Then for dinner either make chicken adobo with rice OR shrimp sinigang with rice! ~Finally for dessert you can make some butternut crinkles (basically cookies but with a nutmeg/chocolate coating) I think you’ll love these 🤍 keep making videos like this they’re really fun to watch :D

Malaysian food! Basically hawker food😍 1. Nasi lemak (Fragrant rice with red spicy sauce, fried chicken and anchovies ) 2. Char koay teow (stir-fried noodles with prawns, eggs and bean sprouts) 3. Bak kut teh (pork ribs cuts cooked in broth made of tea bag, garlic, soy sauce etc.) 4. 🇵🇹 Portuguese foods I recomend: 1. caldo verde (soup) 2. pastel de Belém (this sweet is everywhere in Portugal) 3. pasteis de bacalhau (snack made with Codfish) 4. bacalhau à brás (dish with salted codfish again) 5. carne de porco à alentejana (very tipical pork and clam dish) 6. natas do céu (dessert) there´s a lot more than these, it´s dificul for me to not give a huge list 😂 Hope you try and like it 😊

The samosas have different styles of folding the dough, the one you guys made was the simplest. But, doing it so perfectly for the FIRST time, i can tell you're a great cook! In Southern India, Samosas are often served with sweet and sour sauce or various kinds of chutneys, you sure should try it sometime! :)) And lots of love from India, I hope you stay safe!❤️🇮🇳✨
