After the production of the EP stuff, they put out this album..and that was it, to this day these songs are used in compilations of chill sessions, lounge and trip-hop...I saw some albums that were created before Crustation's Bloom, I think it has fallen apart long before we even knew it existed. The singer has a book out, has a facebook account too if you wanna check her, the other guys...no trace

@@hexyko4850 it is funny because the album is not very well known NOW (the electronic music canon is very reductive), but it was very present on (indie) radio stations back then, and Crustation was in many compilations of the era so they had a lot of exposure. I mean, Jive was the album label!

I just find it hard to accept that this was just a one-off for everybody involved. It's not like other debut albums, it feels like they're holding back and not throwing all of their talent at it in one go, which means that they probably could have made a long steady stream of good albums like Portishead did. Real real shame this album is not OFFICIALLY available via KZbin Music, and auto generated as a KZbin Topic channel, so that we could get all 10 tracks released in good quality. Don't know if there's a rights issue or what, since Jive's catalog has been bought out many times, but someone fix that ish lol. P.S. If anyone says "It's on Spotify!" I have never used, know "how to" utilize, nor care to use Spotify. To me KZbin/Music > Spotify

@@MrHzi J Dilla made a remix of the Purple called “Purple (ATCQ Remix)” which is an absolutely amazing song in its own right. That was sometime in the 2000s. Mac Miller rapped over that remix in the early 2010s. Just search “Mac Miller Purple”. I personally would suggest you listen to the J Dilla version first because it’s such a masterpiece.
