Sir did not mention about the catastrophic policy of Bhutto to nationalize the private sector over night to leverage the politics of waderas to contain industrialist. At a time when China and india were orienting towards the privatization the Bhuttos policy was hell bound for the country. Zia era was though worse but the damage done in Bhuttos time was unprecedented changing the course of Pakistan economy. Dr sb being an articulate and just person should acknowledge it

Until the Military Establishment continues its quest for keeping a Security State, and creates deliberate chaos & conflicts in KPK, Balochistan and the rest of Pakistan, nothing will happen. We cannot have a real economic development unless we improve our Human Development Index. To do that we MUST control our population growth. Our present birth rate is 26 births per thousand. This must be halved. Without doing so we cannot make any economic progress.
