One of my favorite voiceline in this game is high trust Skadi confessing how she equates/compares the bath in Rhodes Island to her home, how vast the ocean is. It feels so sad and melancholic but at the end it feels like she's also hoping that she can go back or meet someone from her homeland.

Still like the fact that she's one of the Canon lovers or Ops that liked the Doctor. Her story is full of many tragedies, but having Doc kinda makes her comfortable to talk and being sentimental together is a happy moment for her. Although that's also her biggest tragedy based on her alter form.

There's nothing to suggest it's necessarily romantic, not like say Angelina who flat-out states she has a crush on the Doctor. Doc has a soothing, almost therapeutic temperament, and the trust mechanic reflects their ability to help others open up to them. It might have something to do with what they are, which could explain why Vampire Sarkaz want to suck their blood, but more likely it's just a product of their kindness and empathy. They're evidently a very healing, nurturing person, a doctor in every sense of the word. This is why they were put in charge of helping Skadi break out of her shell, not because she's romantically predisposed to them.

Although, she's a 80-90 percenct in love of Doc category compare other certain ops. And then there's, her Skalter Form. A small fact is that if it involves the doctor, Skadi puts effort in her mission report rather than just write out "Mission Completed" or something in her usual mission report. And another in under tides event, there's a small scene in Rhodes Island where had a conversation with an NPC medic where she says about a Doctor, Skadi Smiled, just a tiny bit but there's a smile. But only for that smile to gone immediately when the npc medic meant Kal'tsit. There's a reddit post of that part.

Skadi is a Actually Dolphin. Well they call it Orcas. Which EXTREMELY SOCIAL Whale sized Dolphins, Which hunt in Packs and attacking all TOGETHER. Thats one of the reasons why she feels lonely after loss of many hunters. She doesnt want us to get envolved with her since she know herself as walking catastrophe, But let us touch her hair though, She says this as open wide as Secretary. Which this trust is rare sight. You as Dokutah, not touched many things, Probably skadi is one of the first operators you touched. (Not counting the Kal'tist and Amiya, Since Kaltist is litterally your CEO, and Amoya is being our lil Donkie! 5:40 OH THATS WHAT WE DO AS DOKUTAHS!? Though, not to worry, since SN doesn't seem to be the end of the story and SPOILER Discovered Terra 3.0 showed Aegir finally contacting the land people of Terra... She will get more screen-time.
