Why not focus on the elevation to the high court. If these elevation process is improved and made transparent there will be no problem in elevating the senior most judge

Fully agree with the arguments of SrASC Hamid Khan also the tax attorneys keep insisting that seniority is a simpliciter to promote mediocrity and at the same time Nasira says there needs to be a quota for women which would enable women specifically to be appointed on women seats which would be so devastating to the integrity functionality and role of the supreme Court whereof even the trashold of female judges will not meet mediocrity. Whats desireable is equality of opportunity however equality of outcome is an ethopian dream which will bring forth incompetent female judges. Moreover Nasira suggests that 1st or 2nd tier of the family of a Judge should not be allowed appointment which is initself a sheer mokery of fundamental rights of the family members more over it is astonishing to hear this from a rtd HC judge. And her ladyship proposing such is equally funny aswel because being wife of the late impeccable and undisputedly one of the most competent Judge Honorable Justice Javeed Iqbal In conjuction with the fact that Late Benazir madam only appointed her because of her sex seems like a good example to rip off her own argument of affirmative action

How do we look the appointment of Justice Qazi Muhammad Amin Ahmed as a judge of Supreme Court as he was having less then 5 years of experience being the judge of Lahore High court......

Iftikhar Chaudhry caused irreparable loss to our judiciary which will haunt us for all times to come. Halal PCO & Haram PCO….. paid lawyer’s movement destroyed our judicial system. The vacuum created post 31 July 2009 will never br filled with capable judges on the bench

Mr Salman Akram Raja was the only panel who made no weak point. I couldn't agree more with him. He should deserve a good nation than Pakistan. On the contrary i couldn't agree any longer to any points made by Mr Hamid Khan, shame on him. A law aspirant from India.
