I flew on a 900 in summer of 2019 from Orlando to San Francisco, and it felt like we were on the departure runway forever. Clearly the pilots were using a lower thrust setting because of a light load + long runway. I think.

MEL = a fantastic spotter location airport...looks like more widebodies traffic as in SYD!? Which area is the most interesting for (european) tourists in your opinion...Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane?
