ڈاکٹر صاحب میرے چند ذاتی تجربات آ پ سے share کرتی ہوں ۔ تقریباً دو سال پہلے میں اپنے بیڈروم کے بجائے دوسرے بیڈروم میں رات کو سونے کے لئے لیٹی۔ ابھی تھوڑی دیر گزری تھی کہ مجھے محسوس ہوا کوئی چیز گڑگڑاہٹ کے ساتھ میرے پاؤں سے داخل ہوتی ہے اور اسی گڑگڑاہٹ کے ساتھ میرے سینے تک پہنچتی ہے اور میں بےسدھ ہو جاتی ہوں میرا ذہن کام کر ر ہا تھا میں دل میں آ یت کرسی پڑھنا شروع کر دیتی ہوں تو فوراً ہی وہ گڑگڑاہٹ واپس میرے پاؤں کے ذریعے نکل جاتی ہے ۔ آ پ اس کے بارےمیں کیا کہیں گے ؟ بعض دفعہ اپنے دھیان میں کھڑے کام کر رہے ہوں تو لگتا ہے پاس سے کوئی گزرا ہے ۔مگر مڑ کر دیکھو تو کوئی نہیں ہوتا ۔ آ پ کی کیا رائے ہے کہ یہ صرف ذہنی اختلال ہے ؟
