Thanks for the videos! :) I had a final video interview today with the panelists about a customer service officer role and wanted to know when approximately will they get back to me with a feedback please? Already took 3 months since i started the process until today.

Wow! Let me begin by congratulating you that you have reached so far! 🎉 I know this can be a little difficult to not know when do you get to hear from them but we can’t do anything about it. Mostly within next 3 months you should be in Doha. But sometimes it depends on their requirements and batches etc so it can be sooner or later depending on that. I wish you good luck with the new job and keep us posted here about it😊😊

ould like begin by apologizing but I am on a sabbatical from youtube so got late to reply to you. Coming to your question- mostly an online then directly in person- gd, written, math, English, gd and probably 2 rounds of pi. This should be it. So have you heard anything from them?

How long did it take for u to travel

I am from Indore so it was a bit difficult as I usually had to take a connecting flight from Mumbai, Delhi or Nagpur. These 3 had connections for me. But otherwise from Doha to these destinations is somewhere about 3.5 to 4.5 hours :)

Sure I can make a detailed video later but for now it’s about tb so chest x ray, blood test in doha and before i reached doha I had to do another test in india which included a urin test, blood test, chest xray, and hearing and eye check up as well.

The medical examination in doha was paid by the company but the one i had in India i had to pay it myself.

Well previously there were different rules but now with the new vacancies i can see that if you have 1-2 years of similar customer service experience you can apply for the job without a degree so that’s good news for you. And age is not any problem so you are good to go. All the best 😃😃

Hey Prerna, just saw your video after searching for the interview process of Qatar Ground Staff as I have my In-Person interview round in Mumbai (Hilton) on 29th September as you mentioned in your video. So my question is do you have any idea, if the hiring process is still the same?

It’s usually pretty much the same. Online application, video interview, basic English and reasoning, then group discussion followed by 2 rounds of personal interviews. These are all elimination rounds though sometimes it could change depending on the number of candidates or time constraints. Hey hello!! I have had plenty of colleagues from Bangladesh while I was working with Qatar airways. If you are applying for ground crew there’s no height weight criteria. That is only for cabin crew because they are more vulnerable to having health issues as they fly. Date was showing may 26.. bt they didnt snd any mail that im in talent pipe line. My qatar airways friends also told me its meaning like now vacancies r filled. Bt once vacancys opn pipe line candidates will be have priority

Yes bachelors is mandatory. But even if you are in your last year then you are still eligible to apply. As long as you will get your degree before joining the company.

As per my knowledge, in Qatar Airways a degree For ground services is mandatory so no you are not yet eligible I am not so sure about flight dispatcher, what does it say in the requirements? Can you send me link of the vacancy?
