The ICJ merely rendered an unenforceable advisory opinion which is actually void as it fails to consider well settled international law--the same law that is the foundation of the ICJ itself. See, the San Remo Conference Resolution, 4-25-1920; the League of Nations Mandate for (Palestine (Israel); the Anglo-American Treaty, 1925; Article 80 of the UN Charter; the US, USSR, UN recognition of Israel; etc. The territories are not illegally occupied, but rather possessed by Israel as the intended-sovereign-in-possession entitled to apply its sovereignty to all or part of the territories whenever it deems fit. What about the Palestinian Arabs? They either accept Israel as the lawfully recognized sovereign and work out a deal with them as the only entity that is authorized to impart sovereignty to any other entity, including a properly constituted provisional government of the Palestinian Arabs, or pursue their need for sovereignty in the already existing majority (75%) Palestinian Arab nation of Jordan that is grotesquely ruled by a Bedouin Arab king and his brutal Bedouin elite.

I back the Emir of Qatar publicly and privately. A long time ago after the first punic wars and first world wars, Israel was brought under the protection of the predecessors to the United Nations. The goal was to aid a small group of people in forming a nation and acquiring land for genetic rehabilitation and economic equity: Egypt and Persia were too dominant, while the Greeks, Indians and Asians were too closed off. Israel was ignored as a military and economic threat because they chose to build their economy on Religion and Religious education. Today Israel is a nuclear power and no longer a developing people. Those protections granted by my predecessor (Organization of African Unity) are now rescinded from Africa and we recognize Palestine as a sovereign nation with rights to Nuclear power. Palestinians are not refugees nor do they need international help in protecting their Naturally owned territory. This is considered a third world war and one started by Israel. African forces will move to Aid Qatar in their efforts. This is not an issue for the United Nations. its now a war that will be resolved by Israel accepting it is no longer a struggling people who need help. The Territories given to Israel a long time ago to aid in their growth will remain in effect. However new territories stolen will be returned to its rightful owners by force, not negotations. The African Union fully Backs Qatar with both Military and Economic aid. The Americans back Israel (clearly), while Europe tiptoes around the Issue. Germany, Africa, and all Arab Nations will be joining forces against these group of thieves. We are now the Allied Forces in this WW3.
