Hey bro, hope you’re doing good. Wanted to ask if you got the transit visa or on arrival visa? Did you arrive from Pak directly or any other country? What docs you’d prepared to get the stamp? Like show money, ofc hotel booking, return ticket, polio certificate etc? I’m planning on making a stay in qatar for 2 days? Can you guide me through it. Your response would be appreciated, TIA.

I was going to Bangkok and got transit in Qatar while travelling from Pakistan. Only hotel booking from Discovery Qatar and return is required, nothing else

Yes minimum is 2 days. Max you can stay up to month i guess

Yes i booked hotel from ‘discoverqatar’ because that’s the requirement to get visa on arrival.

If you have hotel booking from ‘discover Qatar’ then you will receive email regarding visa on arrival. You have to show that email at karachi immigration

On the discover qatar website, it says hotel booking of 2 nights is mandatory. 2 nights is 3 days , in the video you say 2 days...

is it possible to book a return flight for 2 weeks while the hotel booking is for 2 days from discover qatar? I'm from Pakistan and have relatives living in Qatar so i can stay with them instead of hotel.

No, book hotel for two days and your return ticket also, but once you enter to qatar, you can change your flight and stay without Government approved hotel

It depends what the mood of the immigration officer will be. I just arrived in Doha and only one officer was granting visas. The officer was really annoyed at my 2 weeks stay with 2 nights hotel booking. But I stood my ground and told him that I'm definitely returning and he was just kind enough to grant me a visa for 30 days. You are going at your own risk and it's not definite that you'll be granted a full 30 day visa.

Cash of QR 5000 will no longer be accepted. For debit cardholders, three months bank statement is also required.' this is what they say online

​@@ssamra860I just arrived in Qatar and I also read this online but in reality they don't ask for how much cash you're carrying. All that's required is a hotel booking for min 2 nights and a return flight ticket. At doha immigration, be confident when answering questions because depending on their mood they'll grant the visa at your duration.

Even i dont know what is this app. Just buy your return ticket and hotel on ‘discover qatar’ once you buy hotel, you will receive visa on arrival letter with that hotel, this is how you will travel to qatar. Nothing else is required
