It's easy through PIA flight from Islamabad....and no document check at Doha airport....I traveled in 2006 and that time I go through very easily ....My mother went Qatar visit visa through PIA...and she got very easily enter from airport...all the time no one check hotel booking at Doha airport....❤️Qatar.

You can apply but Hayya A1 will take some time. Better go with VOA and select your hotel carefully. Or you will have to pay 100 QAR at airport and get the visa without discover booking
