@@binyaminsheikhoo4383 i understand what your getting at but I think you are getting the wrong end of the stick... this qawali is not only praising peer sahib, its most of all praising Allah. If you have the right Peer, and are following their advice and words thoroughly, then they are instilling their belief into you and increasing your belief of allah as the job of the peer is to bring you closer to Allah and his Rasul (s.a.w). When he says "you are my beginning and you are my end", yes he is referring to Peer sahib but if you think about it this may be true, if you have a true peer, they are your beginning and end (of a different sort... of course this can nowhere near equate to Allah's attributes!!)- beginning as with them you are firstly brought to the right path and become among the guided as Peer sahib has a direct spiritual connection with Rasulallah and is a friend of Allah, and if the peer is not with you spiritually, you are nothing as in this day and age it is very difficult to remain on the right path with all these movies, bad songs, celebrities and generally society (which are designed to psychologically change your beliefs)- the peer is there to bring you off all these wrong things, to hold your hand and guide you to the way of the prophet (s.a.w), so once you are connected to Peer sahib, you can't let go of their hand because if you do, you will most definitely go astray and that will be your end. If you interpret the qawali in the right way, I think it is very beautiful and not shirk at all, although I am not qualified to say what is shirk and what isn't... I am just telling my point of view so you can decide for yourself - ultimately this qawali is asking Allah to protect this amazing person and the belief Peer sahib has instilled in our hearts. With regards to your response about the dhol, I understand the belief of music and instrument to be haram... and it surely is, especially if it is listened to for the wrong reasons (i.e. taking you away from Allah s.w.t), however for some people I believe if it is listened to for spiritual reasons such as in naat/qawali or when doing maraqba it can actually facilitate their emotions and increase their love for Allah. I am not saying it is good to listen to music and I am not saying its okay to listen to all music e.g. rap, non-islamic songs and any songs which talk about wrong things and wrong meanings, because how can those types of music instill in you love for Allah? - I am just saying qawali/naat and some music may be okay to listen to if your intentions, feelings and actions are pure and for the sake of bringing you that much closer to Allah and the beloveds of Allah... of course if the music/qawali/naat or whatever it is is bringing about wrong thoughts and feelings, then you should definitely not be listening to it!.... and as said before I am not preaching nor am I qualified to, I am just telling you what I think so you don't have to agree with me nor do you have to think its right. If you strongly believe music is haram, then thats your opinion. Lastly, you said that it is wrong that peer sahib is being made happy from being praised through the words of the qawali, but let me ask you strongly, how can you possibly know what peer sahib is thinking? How do you whether peer sahib is happy because the words are praising them or for a different type of reason that we cannot become aware of? Let me tell you now, Peer Alauddin Siddiqui is no ordinary man and therefore they would not get happy for a stupid reason like that, they are an extremely special person, a true friend of Allah and so they have no care for whether people are praising them or hating them - they have only one care and that is Allah! How could an ordinary person possibly know the complex emotions, feelings and thoughts that go on inside the mind and heart of a WaliAllah??... So please do not make conclusions like that without actually fully understanding and knowing their true intentions and reasons, and even then you can't know unless you are a WaliAllah yourself which we are nowhere near! I advise you first listen to their sermons and speeches so you can even get a hint of the type of person they are.

@@binyaminsheikhoo4383 first of all let me make clear that I am not learned and nor am I a perfect muslim!, I am just explaining to you what I believe right and what I've been taught and told. As I said you don't have to agree with me and yes in this day and age there are very few if any true peer. No one is saying you have to have a peer, I was just describing my experiences of being a mureed of a true peer. If you don't want a peer, no one is forcing you! The only true peer I know of is Peer Alauddin Siddiqui, and from all their words, actions and expression, it is evident that they are a true WaliAllah and Peer. You said all these good things about yourself and you think you are a good muslim, but from what you've just told me you seem to be very arrogant and prideful as you are telling others about the good things you have achieved which shows you have pride and your not actually doing these things for the sake of Allah but for the sake of gaining praises and positive reactions, from other people which is totally wrong. You think you are a good muslim but truth is that can be said and felt by anyone... how can anyone possibly know their own faults? You can't know your own faults because your so engrossed in yourself. You need someone else to point out your faults for you and only then you can understand, however the problem is when someone else points out your faults, you will think they are the one at fault and thats why you may need a teacher/peer. This is one purpose of a peer - they act as your guide and point out your faults in a way that you understand so you can correct those faults. The peer molds you into a better muslim. Also, just because you can perform a few magic tricks or powers that does NOT mean you are a peer, you said you have been using/performing talisman taweez... i would say that astaghfirullah and that is shirk, and black magic - if you have not been given permission by Allah to perform such things then you should not be doing it, it is haraam and black magic! You can only become a peer if you have been given permission by Allah... not like many of these self-made 'peer' or what your thinking that your a 'perfect muslim' and have 'powers' so your eligible... no that is totally wrong! Neither you nor anyone else can decide whether you are eligible, only Allah! Also peer's duty is not to 'conjure' anything or produce miracles... yes a true peer may be able to do these things just to give some people who need it, a push in the right direction and need to strengthen their faith, but miracles are not their end-all purpose. You obviously dont know the true definition of a peer and neither am I in a position to explain to you, so I suggest you first read up about what a peer/sheikh actually is and understand their role in bringing people closer to Allah, before you spout out nonsense. Like I said earlier if you think qawali is haram, thats fine and I have nothing against it, but I can have my own opinion with good reasoning.
