Juliet and Romeo has a beautiful and enchanting melody and another song about the girl …with that signature traditional Knopfler motif we have been so blessed with... his singing style did remind me of Bob Dylan and his similarities in talk-speaking lyrics while performing vs. a hardcore singing talent for instance: Andrea Bocelli or Lady Gaga! I liked Dire Straits in the 20th century and I like them still..! Every artist on stage is uber-talented - I hear it all! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful music with me and everyone Mark! Great song but the best version I’ve seen and heard was a BBC session with just him, a pianist and a shaker…I think all the other instruments tend to overpower the sentiment of the song, particularly on the original Dire Straits original CD…hearing just Mark, his guitar work and the quiet piano added so much quiet emotion to the song
