I don't think there is anything low key about BTS. From performances, themselves to music they just go for a kill every single time. And if you ask me, singles not even their best songs either. You need to consume BTS music by albums, cause their music is that good. And lyrics. If you pay attention to lyrics it, cause many songs are lyrics driven.

They will never separate. :) They've been together for ten years and they genuinely love each other. Also, they are able to do solo projects even though they are part of the group. On their albums they all get opportunities for solos, but even completely separate from the group, the rappers all have their own self produced mixed tapes and the vocalists all have their own songs they've composed and released.

Even though BTS is the biggest group in the world, they still do not get enough recognition, because Korean culture is very different from the Western countries and most people do not consider checking it out, so thanks for such an open minded reaction! BTS has broken cultural and language barriers and introduced the world to the socially conscious and healing music (their BIG HIT label's logo literally says "music and artist for healing"). BTS covers almost all genres, from ballads, disco, soft pop, R&B to hip hop, rap, EDM, rock, etc. BTS has 4 vocalists and 3 rappers, but some rappers also are sub-vocalists and some vocalists can rap too. In most of their albums You can find songs done separately by vocal line or only by rap line, solo songs, that usually get their own official music videos. Their lyrics are always very deep, comforting, understanding, inspiring and uplifting, so make sure to read them too before or after listening to their songs. BTS' topics are about mental health, youth empowerment, social injustices, loving oneself, difficulties that everyone goes through. Their most recent album BE is literally about the COVID-19 pandemic and how it makes everyone feel, bringing the message of hope and healing. For someone who doesn't like very colorful, fun and poppy music/music videos (which are usually associated with K pop), it's great to get introduced to BTS through the rap line! Bts were actually originally a full fledged hip hop group. But as they grew as artists, their music also grew with them. So now, they do basically any genre you can think of. You mentioned you like hip hop and rnb, so maybe try 'Singularity'. Its rnb and its so good. If you wanna get to know them better, there are a few introduction vids on yt u can react to. Search up "who is bts" and the top three vids that pop up would be good vids to react to. "Who is bts: the seven members of bangtan" is pretty entertaining. @@QbinLynxReacts The fandom, ARMY, call him our president, lol. He has an IQ of 148 and is fluent in English and Japanese in addition to Korean, obviously. I believe he also has a fairly good grasp of Chinese. He was active in Korea's underground hip-hop scene prior to signing with BigHit as the first member of BTS. BangPD, the CEO of BigHit was so impressed by him that he basically built the group around him. He is one of their main lyricists of the group as well as a producer. All three of the rappers in the group are full members of the Korea Music Copyright Association. RM has well over 100 songs credited to him. He is the only member fully fluent in English, although the others are getting better, and so for years he's largely born the weight of responsibility for international interviews and speeches. He is genuinely an excellent leader.

Glad you turned on CC because their lyrics are everything!! They debuted since 2013 so their discography is massive! It's funny you say "Love Yourself..." because that's many of their core messages in the music they write/produce...spreading it to us in the most positive way. BTS is definitely a group on a whole different level of their own. Aside from creating amazing music together as a group, they also have the creative freedom to produce and work on solo projects, covers, etc but still maintain their artistry together as BTS so they each certainly can hold their own. It's funny you closed with Love Yourself because BTS did a whole album trilogy called Love Yourself with albums Love Yourself Her Love Yourself Tear (a masterpiece!) Love Yourself Answer Fantastic album trilogy. They also created a Love Yourself campaign back in 2017 when Her was released where they donated 3% of album sales and 100% of merchandise sales to their Love Yourself campaign designed at preventing child abuse worldwide. They sold over 7 million copies of the trilogy and raised over 2.4 million dollars for Unicef. These men are remarkable humans beyond the music.

Bts all live together and see theme self as brothers, the have lived together since 2012. Bts is 3 rappers and 4 vocalist, the write, produced, make beats. Dynamite was to cheer us up during pandemic, and Lifes Go on is about the pandemic, Both this songs went in to Billboard 100 as nr 1

They dont need to seperate becuase each of htem are solo artists who also have their own mix tapes and songs and performances.. but they are together as BTS because they are family and love each other and will continue to perform cuz thats what they love to do. Once the CEO pranked RM for focusing too much on his solo work n asked him Do you want to go solo or BTS?! it was an intense moment and RM immediatley said BTS no hesitation. these boys are together for life regardless if they are together or not.

This is their first song entirely in English. Their songs are mostly Korean with English throughout. You might enjoy Mic DROP. In Korea, BTS stands for Bangtan Sonyeondan, which means Bulletproof Boy Scouts. In 2017, the members announced that they would also be known as Beyond the Scenes. Their fans are known as ARMY, which stands for Adorable Representative M.C. for Youth. There are 7 members: RM, Suga and J-Hope are rappers; Jin, Jimin, V and Jungkook are singers. In Life Goes On, when you asked who was rapping, that was RM and he was the one wearing the beanie, lower right. The song was written during quarantine. All of the rappers have solo projects; the vocalists occasionally release a solo song. In DNA, yes, that was Jungkook whistling. BTS definitely has proven that music brings people together even if you don't speak the same language. ON you need to go back and watch the full vid. The marching band in the beginning and throughout are the Blue Devils Drum and Bugle Corps from California. ON and Black Swan were filmed in the US.

You’re right about groups disbanding because each one wants to do their separate thing but we have Big Hit to thank for thinking ahead. First, the company CEO insisted they should be one group and not seven individuals. With this he avoided a lot of competition. They have 1 Twitter account that they all access (they have 2, one that’s run by staff and it’s mostly promotion stuff, and their personal one where they themselves post stuff) they also have 1 Facebook and 1 Instagram, but those are ran by staff. Another thing Big Hit did was allow them to work on their solo stuff while still being in BTS. All three rappers have 1-2 mixtapes with videos for the title tracks, and every member has released their original songs. They’re also allowed and encouraged to participate in the production of their BTS songs. The rappers always write their own raps, RM write most of the lyrics to their songs. They’ve all contributed to songs for BTS since their first song. So artistically, they have no reason to leave.

I think one of the reasons some kpop groups, BTS especially, are able to stay together for longer than maybe most groups here in the U.S. is I feel like they are given the opportunity to make solo records and with BTS, all have a moment to shine and be center in dancing or certain parts of songs. Here in America I feel like most groups put one person in the limelight and the rest are fighting to get attention but it's more about the group, generally, than the individual in kpop groups. There are exceptions to that for sure, but it's one thing i've noticed is ego gets in the way here in the U.S. more.

Yup. The rap line sucks them all in. The Cypher series (2 is my fave), Outro: Tear, Joke, Agust D, Do You, Daechwita, Airplane... And once they got you, ain’t no turning back. Another one I think he would really love is RM’s collab with Wale, Change.

They are able within their company BigHit to do their "own" thing, solo stuff as well as writing and produce as a group. That's probably why they're still together. They have the freedom to do both.
