Do you actually need to 'pay' bills in QBO? Can you not just enter the bills and then match them when the payment appears in the bank? Thanks

That was my question. If we 'pay bills' in QB like this video shows, when the bank update happens and the funds come out of the bank account (for ex), won't it double dip and throw off the bank balance in QB?
