THIS ERROR APPEARS: Python error: An error has occurred while executing Python code: See message log (Python Error) for more details. ALSO I CAN'T SEE ALL MENU BAR COMMANDS.

Seems like you need to have python installed in the correct directory, use the OSGEO4w version of QGIS and this should help
