Hi. I used Euclidean Distance to determine the distance away from my road network. I reclassified into 4 classes.

Yes. You have to reclassify onto the same scale before doing the weighted overlay. You do this by reclassifying the raster. Have a look here for one of the methods: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gXW9o2ijlsZpm9U
