Sir, is there any ways that i can do surface water quality modelling in qgis and another query is that is there any possibility to produce a groundwater modelling with contaminant transport in Qgis ? Please suggest me some thing which have to go through to establish that

QGIS is a desktop GIS. It is useful for preprocessing and post processing of model data. See this video about what a GIS is: kzbin.info/www/bejne/d5euoWijicZmjrs A model is a simplified version of part of reality. Often calculates flows in the landscape in space and time. For that purpose you need to look for an existing model or make one yourself in for example PCRaster (www.pcraster.eu). Some things can be modelled in QGIS, but these are often through plugins or static models.

I really appreciate your webinars, they are so clearly exposed, thank you. I have to report some raster missing (dtm and gwlevel) on ocw.un-ihe.org/course/view.php?id=11§ion=2 by the way I am able to calculate dtm as topo+200

Thanks. That's not the same exercise as the webinar. But I have good news. It's available at www.gisopencourseware.org. You'll find it under GIS training for Hydrogeological Applications, section 3, 2nd tutorial.
