時として人は無意識に動ける事があります。
Sometimes humans can move unconsciously.
しかし、普段の私たちは何かを意識しているし何か物事にフォーカスして生活しています。
However, everyday we are conscious of something and concentrate on something and live a life.
武道での「無意識」とは「無念無想」の事です。
"The unconsciousness" by the martial arts (Budo) is "attain perfect serenity of mind".
全方向、あらゆる種類のエゴを取り除く事です。
It is to get rid of all kinds of egos.
（敵愾心、勝ちたい気持ち、負けたくない、上手にやりたい etc）
（Hostility, want to win, do not want to lose, want to do well...etc.）
武道で無意識に動ける様になるのは簡単ではないし、
とても時間が掛かる道のりです。
It is not easy to become unconsciously able to move in martial arts (Budo）, it takes a lot of time.
私達が理解を間違えると一生掛けても到達しないでしょう。
If we make mistakes in understanding it will not be reached even if it takes a lifetime.
達人の技も素晴らしい。競技としての武道も映画のアクションシーンもかっこいいし、時には感動もすら覚えます。
The master's technique is wonderful. Both the martial arts as a competition sports and the action scene of the movie are excited and cool. I am impressed by it, too.
しかし、本当の命のやり取りに派手なアクションや美しい動作やガッツポーズは必要ないはず。
However, no fancy action or beautiful motion is necessary for the battle of life. Even the fist pump.
先程述べた様に、武道での「無意識」とは「無念無想」の事です。

全方向、あらゆる種類のエゴを取り除く事です。
It is to get rid of all kinds of egos.
しかし、これは「大いなる矛盾」です。
However, this is a "great contradiction".
相手を倒す事とエゴを取り除く事は対極です。
To defeat the enemy ,and get rid of the ego. This is exactly the opposite.
でも、それが「境地への道」です。
But that is "the way to the master."
禅の様であり、哲学の様であり・・・。

現場は引退されてますが、先生は未だ『求道者』です。

Master Shinjuro NARITA(1929-) is Korindo Aikido 9th Dan. He retires, but is still a seeker after truth of the Aikido. This video should be useful for the person of which styles.
Korindo Aikido is not well known in Japan. Minoru HIRAI (1903-1998) founded Korindo Aikido.

これは無意識ではなく、ただの驚きです。無意識とは、睡眠中に見たり、聞いたり、動いたりする能力であり、眠っていないときに（意識せずに）使用できます。

@@univunivuniv 無意識不是那樣 那樣只是意在對手之前而已 還是有意識的 無意識是如睡眠時一樣 沒有用意識 但是夢中能看到也能聽到甚至還能動作 這些都是無意識下能發出的能量 如果練到連白天清醒時也可以運用這種能量 那就是無意識的能量 也可以說是靈的能量
