For all those who are here without any context, this movie is called Ichi the Killer. The man with enormous Attack on titan mouth is basically a masochistic Yakuza member. Apparently the Yakuza was trying to get to the guy (the one who initiated the punch), and while he was punching him, he felt that his pain was not pleasurable enough, the masochist was disappointed so this happened. The whole film is about this masochist trying to find the best pain-inflicting pleasure from a sadist. He learnt about this manipulated killer by the name of Ichi who slaughters people in the worst ways possible with his bladed shoes, hence he tried to track him down after some of his Yakuza members were involved. There are even more absurd moments worst than this in the film, this is only a glimpse of what the whole show is capable of 🤣
