I'm not sure myself, but judging from the clips I've seen, my best guess is that this a Suzaku Kururugi from another universe seperate from the main Code Geass timeline who hasn't let go of his hatred for Lelouch. There's another clip after this where he and another Suzaku fight and their Lancelots and one of them is black.

@@chughes6034 Yeah, I saw those scenes and I think something like that is going on. The new mysterious Zero is the one who controls him.
