if you want to mod it, like taking it apart, then choosing a cheap one might be good, so you won't be too scared to actually mod it. if you are confident, then you can choose sometime like the qk75 or zoom tkl :D keychron is also a good option but not as nice as qk and zoom :D

unfortunately not. If you don't like their bundle switch or keycaps (like me), you can buy the non-bundle instead. Therefore you can buy your own pick switches and keycaps from other websites. There are tons of switches & keycaps out there

no, i only use tape on the one plateless configuration! the other configs are without tape.

Do you like the QK75 so far? Also after all the keyboards you have tried so far, which one have you actually kept as your daily? Or which one is the one you like the most? I know it's a hard question, but just the one that comes to mind :D

i love the qk75! currently using it daily without switching (i normally switch keyboards multiple times per day!) i also really like the zoom65 and my qk65! the zoom65 has the perfect chlackyness, whereas the qk65 has a deep sound! i used those three the most the past weeks. i also sometimes type on my akko alice, since i like the sound with the acrylic case and the typing experience!

@@vmloose i see! i struggle a lot with tuning stabs, they really take my hole confidence every time ;-; no matter how hard i try, they end up ticking and it's so frustrating. i really don't like holee mod anymore, since some stabs just don't get along with the tiny extra thickness. i also have no luck with the wire! the spacebar wire comes bend like a banana T-T! sorry about the ranting! would you recommend tx? how are the wires? i really want a nice tkl but i'm not so fond of the design of the zoom tkl, so i think i'll wait for the qk80 :)

@@ricecloud i honestly couldn't recommend TX stabs more, i had exactly the same thing as you're saying woth every other sets of stabs but not with TX. They're easy to mod and to install. But on another not, you do a good job, at least judging by your sound tests :D

How big is the volume difference between the PC and POM plates? I am using tactiles in my QK75 with POM plate that I finally got a chance to build and it's a bit on the loud side for me.

Yes, you can. POM plate sounded more poppy than PC, PC is more on muted side.
