QLab 5 Devamp Cue: smoothly end loops in Audio & Video Cues

Not everyone knows about one of QLab's oldest and most useful features: the Devamp Cue!
When you create looping sections of audio or video, you often want to exit the loop with precise timing. The Devamp Cue makes this easy.

Hello :) Would it be possible to add a boomerang loop option? Ideally with speed ramping at the slice points while looping. That would be very useful for background graphics in a corporate setting, and I can see a lot of use for it in theatre as well.

Hi there, thanks for the suggestion! This request has come up before, and we're tracking interest in it. Perhaps surprisingly, playing media files backwards can be much trickier than playing them forwards - particularly for files with certain kinds of encoding. But it's possible, and I've added your interest to our issue tracker.
