Nice KZbin channel Abhishek! In this example, I like how you are using the intersection operator to carry over the states from other selections - I find this is a more compact and concise way of referencing selections than for example *field=$::field*

Hi Abhishek, can you please show us one example for comparing same object/column for different time range. with only one selection ( i don't want to select twice)

This is cool and useful. Can one can make the labels of the states a variable which can then match the user's selection(s)? That might be a nice follow up vid.

Thanks Robert. And labels of the state are numeric which we need to declare once we are defining the states. What you can do is you can create the variable and take a particular state by using set analysis and perform the required calculation or create a label out that. Hope it clarifies how the combination of alternate states and variable works. -Abhishek
