In my opinion not any diploma course guarantees that you will get that particular amount unless it is a professional course like CA, MBA. Yes you will have that scope to get there but not after just completing the course and it depends on your knowledge, skills. For example after completing that course if your knowledge is not over and above than other peers then it is just wastage.
