I have loved this song since I first heard it. Scott put the arrangement together, got Mario to sing it with him to give him more exposure and it turned out Amazing.

Mario Jose is a phenomenal singer and just genuinely amazing human. I did discover him through Pentatonix, but once I actually got to know him I absolutely fell in love with his spirit. Also discovered that he is a California Bay area native just like myself. He went to Berkelee college of music in Boston and I believe that it was his last year there when he auditioned and made it on the third season of The Sing-Off with his college acapella group called pitch slapped. Unfortunately his group was one of the first to get cut from the competition. It is only my assumption that during that time is how he met Pentatonix and soon after graduation he moved to LA and reconnected with ptx and Scott, also became their tour manager for a a while. They've been good friends for a long time . I truly love Mario. Also side note he is currently preparing to perform with various artists at Coachella this year ❤️😊. Thanks for a fantastic reaction 🙏🏾🥰

@@melissacoviello2886 Mario is from Concord area I think. I actually used to live right down the street from his high school. I just didn't know him then 😂. I was born and raised in Oakland but I literally lived all over the East Bay 😊. I actually went to college in Stockton. San Joaquin Delta. Only for a year though. Stockton got really rough over the years 😒. I just moved out of California for the first time in my life. I kinda miss it but trying to get used to Vegas life 🤷🏿‍♀️😊
