Нельзя так затачивать. Такие диски не предназначены для боковой нагрузки, поскольку сетку защитную стачиваете, а ещё они гнутся при надавливании, что на видео и видно. Полноценный заточной диск, но убавить до нужной скорости вращения обороты у УШМ, чтобы не превысить допустимую угловую скорость вращения камня. Работать с торца диска, а не сбоку. Или алмазную чашку, что попрочнее будет.В общем задумка неплоха, но требует доработки. Заднюю кромку сверла нужно сгладить, а затачивается режущая часть.

This drill bit does not have any back relief The cutting edge is shorter than then the tail It would be next to useless.

2 одинаковых уголка не будут так ходить ( в притирку) надо скачивать грань у верхнего, или будет зазор и верхний будет гулять.

Cutting disk's are not designed for use in grinding. They can disintegrate. Too dangerous for me.

Do you throw away a chisel when it gets blunt? Yeah a jig takes time and money to build but once it's done you've got it. Could have had it half made in the time it took to make your ridiculous comment.

@@drolinginkno...they're both tools that make holes in things. Got my first set of drills 20 odd years ago; true enough they're shorter than they were but so are my chisels. Monumental waste throwing away a drill when it can be sharpened.

Я точу свёрла секунд за 20. А если у тебя руки из жопы ,то можешь ещё пять приспособ сделать ,не поможет .Ты крутишь сверло на котором видно обратный угол заточки.

Totally wrong if that drill was sharpened correctly then you drill something the steel spirals shavings should came out both sides of the drill when drilling . Never use a cutting disk and grinding on the side of it . Use a grinding disk .. clearances of the drill aint right and thats why you force the drill in to the metal . Never hold the job by hand and then drill it . Use a vice or clamp it down . No engineering knowledge

That's what I like about KZbin always some keyboard warrior to pour negativity on someone else's work. Granted safety issues holding a work piece by hand while drilling it. The fact the guy produced a pretty reasonable jig somewhat contradicts your remark of 'no engineering knowledge'

Видимо никогда у криворуких не кончатся видео о заточке сверл с придумыванием разной хрени. Вы на свои руки посмотрите,откуда они растут. Я ЗАТАЧИВАЮ СВЕРЛА ДЕРЖА В РУКАХ ОПИРАЯСЬ НА ПОДЛОКОТНИК НАЖДАЧНОГО СТАНКА С КРУГОМ МЕЛКОЙ ЗЕРНИСТОСТИ.
