I got a story, so we just got this alarm ok, my dad goes over to peel the thing off the screen, the second he starts doing that it goes off thinking that he is trying to pull it off the wall, and our system has some problems by we got it years ago, one problem is that the left basement glass break gets a tamper every time it’s armed stay and away, and also sometimes the panel says that the basement door is opened thankfully it does not do this in armed mode

This one definetely runs Android, as the voice is the Google TTS engine. The animations look like Android 4.x. You could try and plug a USB cable into that and try running adb devices to see if it will detect

Yes, it runs Android because Google Uses their TTS Engine for Android Devices and Chromebooks
