funny that from about 3.47 to 3.58 dave starts drumming and they all laugh about it and dave even goes like 'hey just trying something out' just that bit happened to be a big part of the intro

Lanegan..... when you watch the OBER THE YEARS AND THROUGH THE WOODS DVD and u use the commentary on the extra tracks (Mexicola I think it was) they speak on Mark interacting with a fan that came up too LIVELY and he looks and just sez "....No...." And they all laugh about it so HARD!! ITS soo Mark! Then they go in to the part where they playing live and GIBBONS was the only person to break though his exterior when he pointed at his Guieetar and then Billy goes into a sick solo!!! Mark cracks a smile a bit before he had to rest his face and get that RAW mark voice that only he had!

"song for the dead"..still one of my favourite QOTSA songs.. "Deaf" is just one of those "one off" classic albums that came together at the just the right time, with all the right elements..hard to follow an work of that calibre...still, Josh is the man..the Queens are the only major rock band in the world trying new/original things..everyone else is retro or repeating themselves.."Vulgaris"'doesn't completely work for me but at least he's trying to move their sound forward
