I think this is the right answer: - Wear SPF daily: This is still important to protect the skin from sun damage, which is one of the main causes of premature aging. - Take care of your dental health: Maintaining good oral hygiene is essential for overall health. - Avoid alcohol: Alcohol can dehydrate the skin and accelerate aging, so limiting its consumption is beneficial. - Maximize your natural appearance: Promote a natural appearance by caring for your skin and body without invasive procedures. - Use silk or bamboo pillowcases: These are gentle on skin and hair and can replace copper pillowcases, while remaining natural. - Practice facial massages: This stimulates blood circulation and promotes skin firmness naturally. - Eat a balanced diet rich in antioxidants: This helps preserve the youthfulness of the skin and the body. - Get enough sleep: Sleep is crucial for cell regeneration and general well-being. - Stay physically active: Regular exercise helps maintain muscle strength, flexibility and cardiovascular health. - Stay hydrated: Drinking enough water helps keep skin hydrated and glowing.

What does "natural" even meen in the context of silk/bamboo/copper? 🤣 Copper is also a naturally occurring resoruce, so why isn't it considered natural here? And why in some people's minds natural always = good? Dart frogs, apple seeds, and Amanita genus mushrooms all grow in nature (i.e. natural?), but it doesn't mean they're good for human consumption.

It depends on genetics and so your facial features. I'm doing exactly the same. Never drank an alcohol, nor smoked etc. yet I had strong wrinkles at 28 on my forehead that disappeared once I injected Botox in a week or two and stayed like that for 4 months, then adding a little bit, prolonged it even further. So, I do botox 1-2 a year and get amazing results. Yet I have friends that drinks a lot, smokes etc and he's at his 35 barely has any wrinkles on his forehead. So, do not extrapolate you experience. Milage may vary a lot. Now I'm 31, and my wrinkles are under control thanks to Botox, if not for that, my forehead wrinkles would be much much deeper and probably permanent, now they appear and disappear depending on Botox.

The botox recommendation for 25 year olds is wild. Because it can cause facial shaging apparently, which is also unwanted. I tjink that part of your advice so change to, visit a great plastic surgeon and make a long time road plan on how to deal with wrinkels. So that botox will be used ate the right time, with the right dosises at the roght location. A bit like hairtransplants. You should most likely not get them before 30 or even 35. Because it can negatifly effect your appearnce after your 50s. And most people that will follow your recommendation will have true shot at being a 100. So that should be kept in mind. I think most want to look and be like Roy Vagelos at 94 years old. O yea for men, they should be more aware of TRT to keep you strong and vital. So that you can retain bone density and muscle mass. (For men in their 30s and 40s seening thatthe goal is 50s)

Some UV will get to your skin even with sunscreen and UV will slowly breakdown sunscreen. Get your car windows tinted because glass only stops UV-B and not UV-A, the one that causes aging. Agree with your points, these are fervently discussed in beauty subreddits where thousands of men and women upload their routine as well as comparison photos. Genetics aside, most of them swear by retinoids/tretinoin, spf, have healthy habits like good nutrition and exercise. Only point though, botox/RF therapy(Morpheus8/Thermage/Ultherapy) and fillers(Sculptra) were typically done by users in 30s-40s onwards but they do it in microdoses, as you have highlighted. Though a handful of users in the 20s do undergo these treatments, they are the exception and not the rule. That said, the baseline should be a balanced diet, regular exercise and sunscreen.

do not poke needles into your face, instead do this (in 2 steps); 1. best longevity/anti-age book i ever read was "being and event" by alain badiou. your body and cycle do not exist on a single plane, they exist on a multiplicity of axes. you do not just have the "state" of your being, but also the state of the state of your being. you might go as far as to call this your meta-state, or meta-stasis. it does not so much matter that the "state of your being" be young and youthful and attractive at all times, but more important that your meta-state is always feeling young. what does this even mean? it is not simply about checking boxes, eating bananas and magensium, doing the 225 bench press, all of that stuff. no this does not matter, well it does matter of course, but it is beside the point. the point is to trick the higher order of your being to constantly witness/observe itself as young. you can accomplish this through many ways but the metaphysical aspects are tbh more important than the materially physical aspects. this means yes you need to get fit but you need to FEEL FIT while you are doing it. meaning go grab that nice pair of shoes, adorn the fuckboi necklace, or cowboy hat or whatever the fuck else makes you feel alive.tldr; how you feel about what you are is actually more important than what you actually are. 2. smoke 1 cigarette every day. but just one. you cannot obsess about aging and feeling young. this will accelerate your aging. you do all the things right, and then throw them out the window. this is the final seal to your youthful appearance. you may think i am joking, but i am not.

Finasteride can be very dangerous, be careful before using it. Here are its most known side effects : Sexual Dysfunction: A well-documented side effect of Finasteride is sexual dysfunction, including decreased libido, erectile dysfunction, and reduced ejaculate volume. These effects can persist even after discontinuing the drug in some cases, a condition referred to as post-finasteride syndrome (PFS). Psychological Effects: Some users report depression, anxiety, and cognitive changes. The extent and frequency of these side effects are still under investigation. Long-term Safety: Long-term use of Finasteride has been associated with a slight increase in the risk of high-grade prostate cancer, though it also reduces the overall incidence of prostate cancer by decreasing the occurrence of low-grade tumors.
@TwistedLullabies3 ай бұрын
Haircafe debunked all these myths. Finasteride does have a slight chance of causing side effects. Just like with any medication to that works. The side effects that were found in the initial clinical trials are erectile dysfunction along with lower libido. They occur 2% of men, they go with continue usage and discontinuation. PFS is a fake condition since finasteride has a short half life meaning it washes out of your system quickly. So no it's not "Very dangerous"

For some reason I feel like at some point researchers are going to find out that microneedling was never a good idea. I've tried it two or three times. I liked it. But I just have a bad feeling about it. Like in the long run it might actually turn out to be bad. Just like we recently discovered that fillers actually never really dissolve

It’s your personal decision but it’s going to objectively decrease the way you age visually
