I just got mine last week... they have apparently moved the ESC now. The wire length is still VERY tight but with some patience and mild swearing, they went together. I did notice that if I matched the wire colors between the ESC and motor, the motor spun the wrong direction so I had to swap one set of wires.

Just put mine together. Like you, had to move the esc. I like the flex quality, and I loved the larger RV 8, but I lost signal and it dove into hard ground, very depressing. I have ordered the 10cc Valiant (I like balsa) and will watch your video. Thanks.

Any Micro balloons I’ve used is not milled fiberglass. I have milled fiberglass as well. Can you post a link to the product you are using?

Here is a link , some other source may still have some in stock. I don't have the bottle in front of me, but I was told by a Hobbico rep that it is milled fiberglass..it is SUPER fine..almost dust like. In this application , I only added it, to make the epoxy blend with the foam better. Not necessary by any means.
