I recently flew with Qatar Airways, lured by their high ranking and reputation. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. In fact, I’ve been treated much better on airlines with significantly lower rankings. The unprofessionalism of the managers was shocking. They were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in addressing any issues. The customer service was abysmal, far from the world class service they advertise. Other than having newer aircrafts, there’s nothing special about this airline. Don’t be fooled by the hype, you’re better off flying with another airline that actually values its passengers.

Very nice colors and very fresh look. Can't wait to experience it. However it looks the space to get in to your seat is very narrow!. Also too much bulky the quad table should have made it smaller with more breathing space. The foot rest also looks narrower than the current, which will give unpleasant feeling when sleeping.

i just have one question. How come all the adverts shown on KZbin for your channel shows ads where your aircraft are all landing in VFR conditions, in other words, in good weather conditions? Why don't you be totally transparent and show us your pilots competence when landing in stormy weather? Now THAT would instill trust and confidence in your passengers don't you think? I've watched a few of your ads now, and as much as I love flying your ads are becoming pretty boring and monotonous. Spice things up and show us what you've REALLY got. I challenge you.
