Good informative video on your lube truck. I wish other manufacturers would pay attention and learn from y'all. I would suggest adding the rear lights to the auxiliary switches in the cab. Also add a bed power switch to the auxiliary switches, that would cut power the electrical functions of the body. That way if you accidentally leave your compartment lights on over the weekend you don't find a dead battery on Monday morning. I like your lube body, it has a lot of storage for a more compact body. Although I prefer more capacity, I think it would serve its purpose for most small services. I also like the ball valves, my current truck has electric solenoid valves and the moisture in the air eventually causes them to stick and eventually to the point where they are inoperable. Nice but what do they cost. I own a fleet of trucks and i wonder if this could be something that can stop us from spending crazy money at Speedco and other places

Thanks Adrian! if you email [e-mail] they can shoot you a quick quote on our stock unit. Also, this unit may be overkill for a truck fleet. We've built custom lube skids for doing truck maintenance with an air compressor incorporated. Customer then permanently mounts this to one of their existing trucks. Really drives cost down. Thanks for watching! I do mention the compressor briefly at about 6:05 but don’t cover in a lot of detail. There is a recent video on the BOSS BA440 which is our current, standard compressor. This is a hydraulic, piston compressor rated at 40CFM.

2000 pound pay load in a lube truck is more than enough... splash and go....you see a problem call it in and we can send a mechanic out....we learned along time ago to not have the lube tecks stop and wast time on repairs...while there changing an o-ring or trying to diagnose an electrical problem another job sight is running out of fuel and stopping production...I cant tell you how many times iv seen this happen
