The thing that has surprised me most about this series is the amount of people not tying up their hair. Like that is my go to first thing I do when baking or cooking. Best to avoid getting stuff in your hair or burning it off somehow. Fanfan is smart for having their hair in a bun. Like what is how you avoid getting hairs in stuff. Also I may be inspired to make cookies tomorrow for myself because I bet I can do it well with a recipe.

I agree, I found myself thinking "Mean Girls" multiple times through the episode. It also came across as high-school drama level fake reactions to various things going on in the kitchen. Not sure who the two girls were but I found myself not loving all the negativity. In the previous season Ted & Emma pulled off the mean judges in a comedic way that worked better.
