as a former crumb employee, I'm pretty sure they only use cake mixing for the cake cookies like the French toast one. but crumbl is honestly a hit or miss, it just depends on what week you go on since their flavors change every week...but the pink sugar and milk chocolate is a no for me🤣

well as a current employee at crumbl cookies we do use cake mix but for certain cookies for example the french toast, red velvet etc. but only 1/3 of it for the recipe. all of the other cookies must be gathered with other ingredients.

The cake mix at crumbl is only used in some of the cookies. Some of the cookies are served warm, not sure how long you waited to eat yours from the time you got them but you might be missing out on that part. 🙂

My family and I do Uber Eats and everyyyy time we go in Crumbl Cookies, it smells so 😍😋 so i finally decided to try the lemon cookie. It smelled amazinggg but I was lowkey disappointed... was expecting more lemon flavor... it was better warm tho. And you should try the lemon garlic sandwich 🤌🏽

Be sure to double check and take a pic of the offer at the time you claim it. They will try to only give you the cash back for the lesser amount later in the day.
