You don’t use that oil, use olive oil or any natural oil.

No salt?? No wonder some of these 600 pound patients don’t follow through with the diet! Can’t imagine how nasty it tastes 😫 Not everyone likes curry, Dr Now 🤯🥵🫢

90s diet was wild. I couldn't. I do the sleeping beauty diet when I can't decide on food. Those people were just stressed about what to eat 😂 sleep for dinner it is! 😊

I literally can’t do this diet for even a day. I burn off 3000 more calories than a normal person eats. I only weigh 106.7 pounds. I do eat and have always eaten healthy. Dr try to get me to eat a little more lax and eat fatty foods but I don’t like them

Without little things like the peanut butter, you would go into ketosis and you would have the keto flu symptoms that are not pleasant and you don’t need that

ill give you a rundown kare kare is a ox tail and tripe meat stew in peanut sauce with random veggies paired with salted fish sauce called bagoong(the one in a small cup) the tapsilog your get is a Filipino breakfast contains a marinated meat eggs and garlic rice. you got only the meat and the egg without the fried garlic rice but you still have the plain rice well its good also. the pickles is shreded papaya and carrots mixed in sugar cane vinegar good pairing on the skewers and lumpia. put a the lemon on a small saucer with soy sauce the drizzle it on the pancit for one serving. the pancit you order is for 2-3 persons. sometimes putting the lemon entirely on the pancit the taste seems odd if you will eat the next day.
