This is the Next Generation panel (Part 2) at the 2016 Star Trek Convention in Las Vegas, NV. It includes Michael Dorn (Worf), Marina Sirtis (Counselor Troi) and Jonathan Frakes (Commander Riker).

I love the NextGen cast so much!! they are like a family and they always play with the public. also, every once in a while whenever i feel really sad, i watch a tng panel bc they make me laugh so freakin' much!!

lol I love that Maria just doesn't care about being polite. Her ego and frankness make her seem like such a bitch, but it's clear that she is grateful for her fans by addressing nearly everyone as "love" and ultimately , she's just there to goof around along with Frakes. I can see why some fans might not like her but if you can get over the fact that she's a drama queen, she actually is quite funny.

@@dimsumboy22 I think I can prove this by pointing out the many times at which all the characters on the show could say the same things. In other words, they can all have interchangeable dialog or nearly the same personalities. You could not do this with TOS or DS9. Worf is an exception to this rule, but I still wish he could played someone as relaxed as he is here

What she doesn't understand is that large government infringes on the personal rights of the people. Trump wants a smaller government and Hillary wants a larger one. If human beings were basically good like Star Trek teaches then this would be ok. But we have to remember that finite people being in control of a large government can be very dangerous. I will take personal freedom given to us by the Bill of Rights any day in comparison to a large usurping federal government.

You do realize the Federation is pretty socialist. There is no money in the Federation (they only use it for outside races), education and resources are free and there is no scarcity, artificial or real. Trump champions racists, xenophobes, sexists, and anti-intellectuals. His policies (when he deigns to give them) are simplistic, unrealistic, and foolhardy. Clinton has her faults (mainly her insistence on privacy that is at odds with current political and social zeitgeists), but her policies are designed with the goals of increased access, fairer distribution of resources, and concern for the future.

Stephan Taylor Hillary is corrupt. Look at how much money she and her husband have socked away while she was Secretary of State. That money was investment cash so when she becomes president she will have to pay them back in some way. Donald Trump never became a racist until he ran for President.
