So many people are mad at her for this as if she wasn’t a victim herself. Having her speak out and talk about her trauma as explanation is crazy. This could’ve literally been about Forever, it’s a known fact that A LOT of minecraft youtubers turn out insanely problematic. Like it’s a running joke that SO MANY people have made because that is just the odd truth to MCYT. She literally just said “minErs” and people went crazy. Most of the people mad are Dream Stans too like if the shoe fits, wear it I guess?? 😭

​@@cr1sjoyyeah, but i dont think that he should won as the "best minecraft streamer". He innovated the game -- yes...but as a "Minecraft Streamer", Tubbo or Foolish should have won. Tubbo spend sleepless nights just to compete and stream in purgatory 2 (when most of the QSMP members declined the invitation to compete on it). They spend thousands of hours playing the game. heck even BBH could won that instead of big Q. This is just my opinion tho...which doesnt really matter. As long as any of the QSMP members won an award, i'm fine with it.

Tubbo nominated like every year and never wins. Lost the first year to Tommy, and then 2 years in a row to Quackity. I know this is mostly popular vote, and Qsmp is an amazing thing, but Quackity is terrible at minecraft. He’s an awful builder, he can’t PVP, and he really doesn’t log in much to his own server because he’s busy. I thought for sure that Foolish would win. His builds are great l and his character on QSMP has been fun to watch.

I understand where you're coming from, there's probably dozens if not thousands of Minecraft streamers that grind the game a lot more than quackity. Some who excel at all things he is bad at. But I think the reason why he won wasn't because of his abilities at the game but the international audience that was brought together by his personal project. Yeah like you said it's in terms of popular vote but how that was achieved matters. I didn't vote for quackity for the exact reasons you stated but I think it's inspiring to see that you don't have to be good at the game to have such a big impact on the community.
