i love mine and got it 6month a go after sold my helix floor ,only issue was adaptor is very cheap made and inwas getting horrible ground noise and i bought cioks7 power adaptor and issue solved and sound amazing now , its not a cheap adaptor but work perfectly

Just picked one up and so far am really happy with it! Have done two gigs with it and it worked amazingly!

🤘yesssss! Mine survived the “beer test” first gig! Was on stage, everyone’s jumping around (yay punk rock gigs!) drinks are flying and one comes my way, I get soaked and so does my QC 😳 however everything was cool, and the QC acted like nothing happened. Did you use a preset already in the QC, or do you use your own? Did you play through a cab or go through PA/FOH?

I think I'm going to wait for Fractal and Neural to release new equipment, both have learned from themselves these last 3 years and their next editions will be very similar to each other... Regards

@@bradpaul Hi Brad. I got mine a month ago for a 62nd birthday gift from my wife! I play most every week at church through the PA system. I am currently using a preset of a 63 Bassman I got from Worship Tutorials. My needs are pretty simple and I stay close to the same sound from week to week. I describe the QC as 5% tool and 95% toy for someone like me. It’s a great device.

Fantastic! Happy birthday for last month! and wow what a gift! That's awesome! I play in a rock/punk band and just like yourself, my needs don't change from gig to gig, but its great to explore different sounds and genres, and even instruments, when at home or at rehearsals. I plugged my friends bass in the other day and he found it to be awesome as well! I will have to find this preset you have used and give it a play through! Agreed, it is a great device!

Hi brad, How was it that you paid almost 3,000 dollars for the Quad Cortex when in every big name Music Store is just a little over 1,800 dollars, they actually raised the price, when it came out it was just over 1,600

Canada! So its in Canadian Dollars, was about $2,700 after tax! This works out to be just a little over $2,000 USD!

Captures from factory are 💩 😡🤦‍♂️ I made my own captures and wow 🤯🤯🤯 Now I love my QC

Thanks for watching and commenting! I haven’t minded the captures built in, I’d say there’s a lot of similar sounding stuff, and with each capture it’s annoying to not have the ability to tweak it as much as the real deal. I’ve captured pedals and they have been really good, a like for like for sure. Glad you’re liking the QC as much as I am!

Neural’s? Nah not imo. I don’t know what you’re looking for but the Soldanos, the EVH blue and the Friedman lead, the Britt2203 are just a few great ones. And they’re are a lot others. Put a dirt or overdrive in front and they’re great.
