Quadeca did produce, mix and master it I’m pretty sure he even edited the music video. Especially in his newer music he has been known to purposely drown his voice in the mix for the overall texture of the song. If you want a really good rapping song from Quadeca, Candles on Fire is great. His latest album is super experimental with less rapping, I’d recommend Tell me a Joke or Born Yesterday. If you have time the full I Didn’t Mean to Haunt You album is a real experience from front to back with a great story and vibe
@mocapcow29338 ай бұрын
Did he master these? I’m pretty sure he never masters his own music, but idk if it’s the same for the scrapyard series or not.

This is his most rap centric song in years. Definitely need to check out his other Ep's from his Scrapyard Series as well as his album from last year "I Didn't Mean To Haunt You". Genuinely one of the best albums that came out last year. If not at least listen to the single "Born Yesterday" from the album. Genuinely a modern time masterpiece.

this was definitley up there in my top three albums of the year. scapyard 1 and 2 are great too. I think this is the best song of scrapyard 3 tho. idk how I feel about the other two yet.

If you listen to his latest album don’t expect rap, it’s a mix of a lot of genres and the production takes most of the spotlight.

Here’s something to chew on if you want more Quadeca His latest album is super good and is worth a full listen. Pull up genius lyrics and see the annotations and sometimes the lyrics cause like you said it can be washed in the mix. Rapping: Good examples of his recent rapping would be Candles On Fire, Burning Bridges, and Knots (which is on the latest album) Singing: The Scrapyard series he’s doing is a good start point. Easier and Under My Skin showcase singing skills. Back Up To Earth does as well. Overall Best Quadeca songs: I Didn’t Mean To Haunt You (yes all of them), The Scrapyards (There’s multiple). Sisyphus, Maybe Another Day, The Feeling Of Drifting Apart, People Pleaser, It’s All A Game, Summit Pt1&2, I DONT CARE, My personal favorite Back Up To Earth IDMTHY Singles: Born Yesterday, Tell Me A Joke - Test the water with these if you don’t want to listen to the full album/unsure To answer your questions, Yes, Quadeca does all the heavy lifting on his songs. Produces his songs 100% Is the director for his music videos, and is making some good stuff. Hope this helped in some way lol

This is more of his recent rap centric song, his production is amazing, he does it all by himself, mixing, mastering, editing the video everything. The drowned out voice is kind of his signature in his newer music. He is currently releasing small packs/EPs in a series, this is from 3/5, each having around 2-3 songs. I would LOVE for you to check it out, his new sound and transition from his old albums is fucking amazing, his latest album I Didnt Mean To Haunt You is one of my favorite albums every, beautifully ethereal and haunting.
