I love these videos. I wish I could find a practitioner with your knowledge and experience. Something makes it super hard for me to rotate my right leg outwards. Whenever I try to rotate my leg outwards I get tight and sometimes painful sensations on the inside of my right leg, from just below the bony prominence of the hip bone(?) down to just above the knee. Just above the knee is actually super tender and sore to the touch. My glute medius and TFL are very tight and sore as well. I hope I can find a practitioner that can help me soon. It is becoming very debilitating.

Check out the www.activerelease.com site for a practitioner, just make sure they are full body certified. Lost of great MSK practitioners around, many of them practice a combination of techniques, you just need to do some research. Cheers!
