Hey! My name is Mariano, and this channel was created to share some poker sessions, as well as document the journey of growing a bankroll while attending college.

I like you're reasoning behind bet sizing. The small bet with the straight vs 2 pair was perfect and so was the big bet with quads vs full house.

you cost yourself money, when you are good and in the small amount of time you feel you know the competition mind set, so you make these biggish bets and run off ur xtra racks of money . When you have the nuts don't go nuts try a check to see if you can entice. Like six duece and river you blast it in wtf is wrong with you, for 50-60$ with his ace he's more apt to call, then you have 60$ more times all the other hands you hypothetically would've won , poker is knowing cards and knowing rhythm on betting

Maybe a min click back on that 53 hand on the turn to set up a river jam since he would have around 250 left. Hoping the river isn’t a club so he doesn’t get scared. Just a idea considering stack size.

Have you played in AZ before? Make sure you're aware of our funky spread limit rules. At TSR there is a 3 raise cap, unless you're heads up. The 3-300 is a great game full of business men with more money than sense and you can buy in for up to 200bbs. You'll find much better players in the 5-500 game.

You absolutely had to raise that 3d5d hand. Too many scare cards on the river, and this play looks a lot like a semi bluff to any competent player, since there's way more draw combos than value combos on this board. In addition if a club comes on the river you might not be comfortable going for max value on the off chance he was betting the flush draw all along. Good decision IMO.

I cant believe how people play these pots logically, played 1/2 a few times @Hollywood in Columbus Ohio, and people are opening for 20-40 every hand preflop with rags... max buy in 300 and preflop pots of 100-240 often the raises on your videos where you play make so much sense opposed to what i see here

I was thinking in the bomb pot your 62 might have a kicker problem that the river saved you from. though maybe the A9 was adequate protection already. against villain's actual holding, it made no difference.
