QUAHOG'S LAST STAND - CH3, SONG 1 (REUNION)

Joe being the big villain just hits different with me. The episode where Brian becomes a cop, and he teams up with Joe is my FAVOURITE episode as the dynamic is just so strong. Im sure most expected Stewie or Peter to be against Brian, but instead they just feel like one of many in a mindless army. The same is said for quagmire, as when corrupted, he (and peter) often turn into mutants. Quagmire requires more control by the glitch to be corrupted, and peter has only ever been apart of amalgamations. These two cannot be held by the virus alone, so it often takes all its energy to get these characters. Joe and cleveland have never been an issue to become corrupted, so seeing Joe secretely be the most powerful corrupted character is such a nice twist. The song also has a calm and hopeful feeling to it, whislt also retaining the intensity the glitch brings. The fact that the song is also 8 minutes long just makes me love it even more. For some strange reason, i have a thing for these long songs This has to be my favourite pibby song out there, it just feels so perfect, and if this were to be after "Aftermath" and act as the grand finale, I wouldn't even be complaining.

what about stewie? he is weak to the corruption, but has the brains to survive and counter attack. he has been only been corrupted twice (after rooten family, and cataclysm) , so the corruption values him more so they make his corrupted form strong so he can't escape

Stewie is interesting because when corrupted his body is morphed the most, though I imagine that's just because he is small and not powerful without gadgets. Peter, on the other hand, is always apart of amalgamations, and the ONLY one who is always abused in terms of power by the virus. You could argue that stewie is powerful when corrupted, but notice how a single man that says giggity handled him on his own. Peter when amalgamated took down bf Brian AND stewie.
