I have the "heavy" model. It's pinching the eggs just enough to clog the first row of rollers.. not allowing the second and third to spin. Am I doing something wrong? Or toss it in the trash???

If you have the big machine that is problematic and I tell people not to buy it. Are you precracking your eggs? That may help.
